6月のメニューでは、自家採蜜の蜂蜜やビーポーレンを使用し、この土地の季節や風景を一皿に表現しています。
ひとさじの蜂蜜には、花の香り、ミツバチたちの営み、そして雪国の山々が集めた季節の記憶が詰まっています。
